Eligibility Criteria:
1. You must have completed the; full mastermind biz group, and/or business plan, coaching including all recommended assignments and exercises, within the specified time frame.
2. You must provide documented evidence of your efforts, including completed assignments, notes, and any relevant materials.
3. You must request a refund within (7) days from the date of program completion.
Refund Process:
1. Send an email to: [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]" and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Contact information (email address and phone number)
- Proof of program completion (e.g., completed assignments, home works, notes, business plan, etc.)
- Detailed explanation of why you are not satisfied with the results
2. Our team will review your request within (7) days of receiving all necessary documentation.
3. If your request meets the eligibility criteria and is approved, you will receive a full refund for the fee associated to your refund request within (7) days from the date of approval.
Exclusions:
1. This money-back guarantee does not cover situations where the mentee did not complete the program, follow the provided guidance, or actively engage with the mentoring process.
2. The guarantee does not apply to circumstances beyond our control, such as external market factors or personal emergencies.
Additional Notes:
- This money-back guarantee is valid only for the original mentee and cannot be transferred.
- By requesting a refund, you agree to forfeit any access to program materials and resources.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.
